THE CONFLUENCE INSTITUTE
Training the workforce the country doesn't have.
Confluence: the meeting of two streams — the two conditions dual diagnosis joins, and the clinical and digital skills the curriculum fuses.
THE PROGRAM
One hundred clinicians a year — for the system Ethiopia is building.
The Institute runs three residential cohorts of 30 clinicians each year — 16 weeks, full-time Arbor internship — plus a 10-place distance track. The goal: at least 500 practitioners trained and active in the national network within five years. The ~$150 commitment fee is waived for public-sector nominees from Ministry and Regional Health Bureau partners.

APPLY OR NOMINATE
Ready to train for the work that matters most?
The Institute accepts direct applications from clinicians and nominations from Ministry and RHB partners. Both pathways open the same confidential Contact form, pre-tagged with a hidden source field of "Institute" so your submission is routed correctly.
Duda note: both buttons open the Contact form pre-tagged 'Institute' (hidden field).
